"We absolutely love Maisons-sur-Mer! You might be staying
at a large property but you feel as though you have it all to yourself. I love
the fact that you NEVER hear anyone else around you.
Maisons-sur-Mer is by far the most soothing, luxurious,
staff and homeowner friendly place I have ever had the privilege to stay at. I
have been coming to Myrtle Beach and renting condos for the last 20 years (sometimes 3-4 times a
year) and have stayed at pretty much every place I had heard was a "luxury"
rental.
Nothing compares to Maisons! The Maisons is a hidden
jewel that I will keep close to my heart always. There is NOWHERE else I will
ever stay in Myrtle Beach.

"Deb and I are spoiled and like the Maisons-sur-Mer at
Myrtle Beach because you have total privacy, and feel safe
and secure because of having such good security. We like not
having to hear people in the hallway or deal with noise in the next
condo.
Its nice to go downstairs to the Ocean Club bar, and in
the summer to the pool bar the staff at both bars are excellent! Also
the guards at the front desk are always personable and
makes you feel very safe and secure! AND its nice to know no one
walking down by the ocean or off the street can come into the Maison sur
Mer
without security clearance!
It does not cost much more to go first
class than stay at a hotel or condo rental with no security! also you are so
close to all the fine restaurants, like Rossi's, Thoroughbreds,
Cagney's and other fine restaurants.
Other fine amenities are the exercise room and the theatre room.
Its nice too know there are no surprises. "

"We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over forty years, and
have stayed in numerous motels, condos, and so called resorts,
searching for that "perfect" beach vacation rental. Last year, we
discovered Maisons-sur-Mer, and it is certainly the most
luxurious resort at which we have stayed. The pool
compares to none, and there are always poolside chairs
available. Having a four year old grandson, we definitely
appreciated the twenty-four hour security at
Maisons-sur-Mer. The location in itself is enough to make
vacationers prefer staying here. Within ten minutes or less are
the Tanger Outlets, Bass Pro Shop, Barefoot Landing, restaurants
offering any cuisine you could possibly ask for, and many, many golf
courses. The staff at Maisons-sur-Mer was always very cordial and
helpful. The pictures of the condos are beautiful, but they do not
do justice to this fantastic resort. Finally, after over
forty years, we have found our "perfect" place to stay in
Myrtle Beach
Hopefully, we will be returning for many more years to
Maisons-sur-Mer."

“I have been
bringing my family to Myrtle Beach for the last seven years and we have
stayed at various resorts. However, three years ago my wife did a search on
the Internet for alternative accommodations and discovered the Maisons
website. We immediately fell in love with what we saw on the site and booked
our reservations.
Here’s the best part: although we thought the photographs
on the website were very nice and gave a much better presentation than where
we had previously stayed on the Beach, we were delighted to see once we
arrived that the photos could not adequately reflect how elegant the Maisons really is.
It is a fabulous resort with more amenities for a lower
cost than other places we’ve stayed. Everyone is so friendly and the 24 hour
security staff gives you a sense of peace when you check in. In fact, my
wife and I have talked so much about the Maisons, we have 30 family members

"For
the last 10 years my family has rented a unit at the Maisons-sur-Mer. It is
truly our favorite place to stay when vacationing at Myrtle Beach. My parents, 3
sisters and their families also rent from the Maisons for the same week each
year and have a fabulous time there.
For us the location is perfect. We
are situated on a beach front property without all the chaos of downtown Myrtle Beach.
Being in close proximity to all of the local attractions is also important to
us. Location! Location! Location! It is very difficult to leave each time that
final day of vacation creeps around. The facilities at the Maisons are top notch
and the residents are receptive to our yearly visit. We would not stay anywhere
else.

"After many years of going to Myrtle Beach from Atlanta for our
annual "girl's trip" vacation we stumbled upon a OASIS! I am talking about Maisons-sur-Mer....we have stayed there for the past three years and we
absolutely LOVE it ! The resort itself offers many amenities such as a beautiful
entrance area, it is always immaculate in the landscaping and the staff has
always been very helpful.
We love the "private" swimming pool and beach area and
the great security is a definite plus when
traveling with just women. We have always felt very safe during our visit no
matter what time's we go in and out. The luxury condos are so nice you would never have
a problem with inviting company over. Both of the bedrooms are HUGE and very
private with their own bathrooms and large closets. We have rented in other
resorts and condo here at the beach but NONE compare with our condo at Maisons-sur-Mer!!!!"

"It is always a pleasure to book a
condo at the Maisons Sur Mer. From the moment you walk into the
exquisite high-rise with it's impeccable staff to the luxurious condos
with all their amenities you feel as if you have stepped into another
world.
The security is one of the best
in Myrtle Beach. There are no tourists walking through the building or
around the pool. You have a private intimate atmosphere that only the Maisons can provide. The restaurant serves up a delicious breakfast
that gives a perfect start to your day. You may take a break from the
sun and dine in at lunch or they will bring it poolside so you can enjoy
the poolside bar which serves up every libation imaginable from your
favorite cocktails with top shelf liquors, imported beers to non
alcoholic frozen drinks that the kids and adults alike can partake of.
Each and every rental condo has it's own
ambiance and decor that parallels any four or five star hotel on the
beach.
Convenient to the airport,
golf
courses or shopping whether it be groceries or the outlet shops it's all
right there close to the Maisons.
I look forward to booking my
favorite luxury condo every year for vacation. I have been a guest at the Maisons for
many
years and will continue to vacation there with friends and family AND
hopefully some grandchildren in the years to come.
Most definitely the number one
place to stay at Myrtle Beach is the Maisons Sur Mer, OF COURSE!!!!"
"We have been going to Myrtle Beach for
vacations since
2000, first staying in South Myrtle Beach, then moving to North Myrtle
Beach staying in various condos arranged by property management
companies. We have been pleased for the most part but have had a couple
real disappointments with some of the other condos we rented in Myrtle Beach..
Several of us took up golf after our first
trip to Myrtle Beach and have enjoyed the challenge of learning this
game and playing together each year when we get together.
We love staying on Shore Drive because it
is so near the places DEAR TO HEART, Ocean Annie's, the Irish Pub,
Rossi's, Cagney's, Gregg Norman's, and many other favorite spots. In
the event you only have one car and several people, everything is close
enough to take local cabs.
This was our first year to rent at
Maisons sur Mer and we were quite pleased with the condo. Loved the
deck, it was one of our favorite spots to congregate after a day of sun,
fun, and stories.
Needless to say, we loved having the
security guards who were always friendly and helpful.
The elevators were fast and efficient....
This was our first time renting Maison sur Mer
and we're already excited about returning next spring to vacation...hopefully, the
weather will cooperate and we'll be able to take advantage of the lovely oceanfront
swimming pool.
We would definitely recommend Maisons
sur Mer to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.
If ONLY we'd realized what we have been

"25 years ago we
vacationed in Myrtle Beach. We were a lot younger then and chose to rent
in the most populated area of the Beach. It was busy and exciting and we
enjoyed it very much. Last spring, 2006, we decided to try Myrtle Beach
again, but wanted to be in a place a little less noisy and congested.
We chose
Maisons-sur-Mer from searching the web. It looked great but we
were concerned it might not be as good as it looked and that it might be
a little too far from the action. Nothing could have been farther from
the truth!
It is a
beautifully maintained and secure property with all the amenities
one needs. Restaurants and nightlife abound in close proximity. It sits
on a beautiful stretch of beach that allows one to walk forever!
We happened to be
there during ‘Atlantic Bike week” and actually enjoyed watching the
bikes and riders on the main roads.
Fortunately
Maisons Sur Mer is off the beaten path and the sights and sounds of
Atlantic Bike week are almost non- existent.
The condo we rented
was lovely, a generous size, with a large balcony overlooking
the ocean.
We are returning
again this spring for vacation with more friends and family, and we are sure they
will enjoy it as well.

"My wife, Dorothy, is from
Georgetown, SC and I’m from Charleston but we have lived in the upper
part of South Carolina for the last 40+ years. The Grand Strand is only
a 4 hour drive for us and over the years we have made numerous trips to
the coast together as well as separate trips, Dorothy visiting with
family and myself on dozens of vacation golf trips.
We have stayed at more
vacation condos and rentals than we can remember all the way from the
Calabash area to Pawley’s Island and everywhere in between. Although we
were aware of Maisons-sur-Mer we just never got around to trying
it out until we spent a week there last summer with our family, our 2
new grandchildren, our daughter and her husband.
We were so pleased that we
all returned for another week at the Maisons at Myrtle Beach in
December and took in 3 of the fabulous Christmas shows, all of which
were in close proximity to our location. We were blessed with
exceptional weather, allowing us to walk and play on the beach every
day. I even got in 4 rounds of golf during the week!
Like most of the luxury
condos in the Maisons our unit had been extensively renovated and
refurbished. There was new ceramic tile on the balconies, granite
counters in the kitchen along with new appliances and new ceramic tile
in both bathrooms. Following our stay, further renovations were still
scheduled to take place. We are so anxious to see the new changes that
we reserved the same unit again and have increased our vacation summer
stay to 2 weeks for this year.
The 1600+ square feet of
living space with balconies off every room, super friendly 24
hour security, plenty of parking spaces, no crowds at the pool or beach,
easy access to Restaurant Row and shopping, the luxurious décor of the
ground floor complex and the friendly attitude of the permanent
residents and those who decided to
retire makes this place a true home away from home. Maisons will
be our exclusive vacation destination in Myrtle Beach from now
on."
We just returned from our semi-annual "girls" trip to
Myrtle Beach. My friends commended me the entire weekend on the
selection of Maisons-sur-Mer for our trip. It was close enough to the
action (Ocean Annie's), but far
enough away to have some peace when we wanted it.
We have stayed at several other condo rentals nearby, but none the
quality of Maisons. We told everyone we met who were staying at the
"other places" about Maisons-sur-Mer at Myrtle Beach.
We will definitely be back!
